Is the extension working otherwise? If you visit the website you want to login to, and you use the 1Password browser extension when you are already on the website, is 1Password filling your credentials for you?

Thank you! No, I just realized that the 1Password extension in Safari is not working, either. Are those connected?

Yes, it's very likely that the problem is connected. If you open Safari Preferences > Extensions tab, is the 1Password extension in the list, and is it checked? It should look like this:

Thank you for the confirmation. So what happens exactly when you click on the 1Password browser extension in Safari when you are on a website with a login form? Does it open at all?

Thank you. Nothing happens at all, no. Should I reinstall it?

Try a restart of your device before a reinstall. It sounds as if you may be stuck waiting for an update to finish.
