Air Table filling

in Browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

I just graduated college and am filling out this survey as part of the GH graduation (https://github.com/education/graduation): https://airtable.com/shrmuHxu38ZariKJi. But when I get to the email part of the form, my login info for Air Table is suggested even though this is a survey form:

Extension Version: 1.20 BETA
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided
