Delete 1password account but I don't have secret key

Hi
I need to delete an old 1password account that my ex opened for me but I don't have the secret key. Can you advise how I can get around this, please?

    Hi @Krithia,

    If you have a subscription membership account that you do not know the Secret Key for, but you have access to the email address associated with it, you can delete it by following the prompts here:

    https://my.1password.com/support
