Suggested Too Use 1PW NOT Appearing on Phone of Family member
We are very happy users of 1PW. I have great access and use on an iPhone, iPad, and Mac. My wife is a family member and will occasionally use on her iPhone. On my phone and iPad I always get a suggestion if I wish to use 1PW upon trying to login to a site and then I go through that process. It works fine for me. (BTW is there a way for me to shut off the suggestion of using the IOS password keeper?...forgetting name)
She does not get a suggestion of using 1PW to open and fill her items and this is frustrating for both of us as I try and show her the benefits of 1PW. Instead, she has to close out what she is doing and go to 1PW and then come back etc. It is very cumbersome and not working the way it does on my phone. It leads to the age old problem of she simply keeps using the same PW for everything.
