Duplicate login on iOS

in iOS

On my iOS devices I see two passwords in 1password for this homebridge server. I don't see that macOS. I can't find two logins in 1Password. This is really annoying because the first one doesn't work but the second one does so I have to be very careful logging in every time. How do I fix this?

    Hi @mbierman!

    Can you try refreshing the Autofill menu? Open the 1Password app and navigate to Settings > Password AutoFill. Wait until the message AutoFill passwords updating disappears, and see if the menu has updated.
