Old version of 1Password still active in Safari

I installed v7 of 1Password a few days ago. The new shortcut is on my Safari toolbar and works. However, the old shortcut is still there as well - and it still works on the old password. Please could you advise how to get rid of it. I have tried Preferences in Safari but only the new icon displays for editing.

    I solved the problem by reinstalling Safari.
