2FA Problem

I just changed my authenticator app from DUO Mobile to Authy and changed all my apps in it except I forgot 1Password. I then foolishly deleted all the DUO apps on DUO.com. So now when I try to install 1Password or go to 1Password.com I'm prompted for the DUO 2FA and can't provide it.

If there's not an easier solution, I have recent copies of the .pif files for each vault so I'm not out any data if I have to start over, but I thought there might be an easier way to solve this.
