Autofill popup vs above keyboard

Some websites will suggest to use the 1Password credentials on a popup, and some other website will suggest it above the keyboard (see images below).
When does iOS determine when to show one over the other?

    Hi @surabaya

    The iOS autofill feature itself makes the determination of which interface to show. I haven't been able to make a determination as to which it chooses to show when. I'm unable to consistently get the "popup" interface - for me the top of the keyboard is much more common. I'd go as far as to say it is rare that I see the former.
