Hi,

does anyone has an idea, why I get this response during the attempt to register the Yubikey? I've tried it several times.

    Can you please let us know what steps you are following to register your Yubikey? For example, are you using the instructions on this documentation page? If you are, at what exact step are you getting that message?

    Hi,

    I'm using the instructions on that page.

    The message appears - about thirty seconds - after I touch the key and see the spinning wheel.

    Thank you for the confirmation. Can you please try the quick test described by my colleague Jasper in this post to make sure everything is fine with your Yubikey and with your browser?

    Hi,

    the problem was Safari, with Chrome I could register my key.
