Items on my Mac are not showing up on my Android phone

Just uninstalled and re-installed 1Password7 on the phone
Two items (at least) are showing up on the Mac but not on the phone.
1Password Version: 7.6,7.5
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: osx 10.15.4
Sync Type: 1Password7
