Login only with CMD without using powershell, this is possible?

I want to do the whole process of logging into CMD, but I have problem with Invoke-Expression since I can only use it in powershell.
Is there a way to login using only CMD and not using powershell?

    cmd is not officially supported, my apologies. PowerShell would be the best option.
