On my wife’s family account when she selects advanced, security form is blank/empty

I have setup my wife on my family account. On iPhone app when in setting and select advanced, security screen is blank. Can’t for example setup faceid.
Also will only allow 10 digit password.

You don't configure Face ID under the advanced menu, you configure it under 1Password Settings > Security (no Advanced) ;)

In any case, can you please post a screenshot of the blank page under Settings > Advanced > Security?
