unable to install on MacOS 10.15.5
I recently upgraded my 1Password 4 to a Subscription through the 1Password website. It works fine on my iPhone on on my Windows 10 PC, but I'm unable to install it to a fresh install of MacOS 10.15.5 on my MacBook Air. The installation fails shortly before the end with an error message. I alternatively downloaded it from the Mac App Sore, but Launchpad shows "installing" forever and doesn't finish it. Even after restarting the MacBook, its showing the same state.
I did see several copies of 1Password in the Applications folder, one would open , the giving the error message. I deleted all 3 of them. Still not installing.
What can I do to get it working? I never had any problems with the old version...

Hi ag_ana,
the error message doesn't give detailed information. It just says this:Installation fehlgeschlagen.

Wende Dich an den Hersteller der Software.in English:
Installation has failed.
The installation has failed due to an error.
Please contact the manufacturer.Hope this helps to determine the problem.

Thank you. I copied the conversation from here and sent it to Brenty, as she doesn't seem to know the case.
