Hardware Google Pixel2 Hardware Version 1.0
Android Version 10, Build # QQ3A.200605.001

Issue 1: Browsing ot http://pingone.netskope.com

Browser: DuckDuckGo Version 5.57.1 sc (55701)
Wbesite: http://pingone.netskope.com

I cannot get the 1password option to come up to enter the username.
However,when I move the cursor to the password, the "AutoFill with 1Password" button pops up and I am able to fill in the password. I stil lhave to manually enter the username though.

With firefox v68.9.0, I neither username nor password is getting filled.

With chrome, I see no issues.

Issue 2: Enable keyless driving in my tesla app
Previously I used to be able to autofill the password, but recently it has started saying that contents cant be autofilled
Is this some option that I cna tweak in their app or 1password?

Very frustrating (this second one, definitely)

1Password Version: 1Password for Android 7.6
Extension Version: n/a
OS Version: Android version 10
Sync Type: my.1password.com

  • @kv3 Hi!

    I'm seeing the same behavior you're mentioning in Firefox and DuckDuckGo, and I've forwarded this site to our developers.

    As to the Tesla issue, can you please clarify what the issue is? Are you having trouble filling in the Tesla app itself, or is the problem with something else?

    Hi @peri

    Thanks for confirming on issue 1, I will wait for the response.

    For issue 2: The Tesla app allows for me to "Enable keyless driving", but requires a password to be entered before it will proceed.
    When I attempt to Autofill, I get a popup on the bottom that indicates that "Contents cant be autofilled". See capture,

    Thanks

  • @kv3 Thanks for sharing the image. I see what you mean. I'll share this with our development team so they can look into it. In the meantime, try dragging and dropping your password into that field.

    Hi @peri I can copy and paste to it, if that is what you mean, yes.

    @kv3:

    Copy and paste will also work, but dragging and dropping might be even quicker ;) You can see an example in the link peri shared with you.

    @kv3:

    Sorry to hear that. In this case, if the app does not work with split screen, copy and paste will actually be your best bet.

    Hi, do we know anything more about this item? It gets to be a constant wrinkler for me,
    Thanks,
    Kannan

  • @kv3 Not yet, unfortunately. Thanks for your patience!
