Can't install 1Password account on second Mac

MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 on an old laptop. I am using 1Password 7 successfully on my iMac and trying to upgrade an older laptop from 6 to 7. I have downloaded and installed the app and am trying to install my Vault. I can get to the Vault preferences but the + sign will not let me add a Vault??? Need help.

    I can get to the Vault preferences but the + sign will not let me add a Vault???

    Can you please post a screenshot of this "+" sign? As far as I know, you can create new vaults in 1Password for Mac under the Accounts menu in the menu bar > New Vault..., I am not aware of a "+" button to do this.
