Problems with update

Hello ag_ana,
I have not tried any of the steps provided by the conversation above, but I do have a different App Store message...

After clicking on [UPDATE] button, a spinning wheel is shown and then a reverse toaster message at the top of the App Store says:

We could not complete your update.
Cancelled
[OK]

Please do try the steps suggested by Ben even if the message you are seeing is a different one. Since it is also coming from the App Store, it's possible they will help you too ;)
