An extra (account? vault?) shows up on my wife's iPhone. What is it and how can we delete it?

Here's a screen shot. The "Nelsen Schoenen' is a shoe store she made a log-in entry for in her real account. Somehow it made the thing on the right. Your help will be appreciated :-)

    Hi @AlanReynolds! Welcome to the forum!

    I think what you are seeing there is coming from iOS, not from 1Password. Have you disabled iCloud Keychain in your iOS settings? I think you might have left both 1Password and Keychain enabled at the same time.

    To check this: on your iOS device select Settings > Passwords & Accounts > AutoFill Passwords.

    Is iCloud Keychain perhaps enabled there?
