Data sync no longer working - have annual membership

Have iMac, iPhone and MacBook. Example: Created a new login on my phone July 15. Web site has the change but not my MacBook or iMac. I have only one vault.

    i'm sorry to hear about the trouble. If you lock and then unlock 1Password on the MacBook and iMac does the change then appear? Also, can you please let me know if any of the computers you have 1Password installed on have a Primary vault? You can check in the vault switcher at the top left of the 1Password for Mac app.

    Hi Ben ..the only vault on all of my devices is the same one. My settings lock after 5 minutes so I often have to unlock on all my devices.

    Interestingly once I access the web site (which I never do) which had the change I made on my iPhone, my MacBook and iMac got updated with the change

  • Interesting indeed. Please keep an eye on it and let us know if the problem reoccurs. I'm sorry I don't have a definitive explanation for what might've happened off-hand.
