Is there a way to import my passwords from my MacAir or iPhone? If so, which is better?

I'm on a trial period and am very frustrated because I have 100 passwords on sites and wanted an easier way to import or export them instead of doing it manually.

The answer depends on where these passwords are currently stored, but generally it is going to be easier to work on a computer than a mobile device. :)
