How to find and delete extra login suggestions?

When I visit a site on my iPhone, I often get a list of far more suggestions than I actually have entries inside 1Password. Please see attached photos. Although I only have two logins stored for ticketmaster.com, I am presented 4 indistinguishable logins. I have turned off autofill from keychain and all other apps besides 1password.

    Hi @jderosa

    I'd be happy to help with that. This may be a case of the autofill cache becoming stale. Normally this should be refreshed automatically but in a situation like this where you are seeing entries in autofill that are not in 1Password it may help to manually refresh that. To do so open 1Password and navigate to Settings > Password AutoFill. A banner will flash across the top of the screen briefly indicating the cache is being updated. Once that banner goes away could you please try this again and see if the problem persists?
