setting 1password on new Mac

I have a new Mac because my old one died. I downloaded and installed 1password because couldn't get migration assistant to access my Time Machine backup. 1password will not accept either my master password or my secret key. I am posting this because 1password hasn't responded to my email and doesn't have a phone.
