Are there reports that shows all the items that the offboarding user has access to in shared vaults?

The Usage Report is available on the web console. The CLI documentation page does not mention anything about reporting.

Does any know if the CLI can generate Usage Report?

Besides the Usage Report, is there any other method to find out which items the offboarding users have access to? This will help to identify which items need to reset password.

Hi @tanng! Welcome to our forum :chuffed:

Currently, the Usage Report that comes with 1Password Business is only available via the account's web interface - it cannot be generated using the 1Password command-line tool.

The current list of vaults a user has access to is the sum total of any vaults they have access to via group memberships, plus any vaults they've individually been granted permission on. You can see a list of their groups and individual vault permissions by visiting their administrative details page in the account's web interface - sign into the interface, click "People" in the sidebar on the right, and click on the name of the user in question. Clicking on a group's name will take you to the details page for that group, where you'll see the list of vaults (if any) that group has been granted access to.

I hope that helps - let me know if you have any questions! :+1:
