New issue: can't get into websites from logins

New problem: If I'm in a Credit Card item on 1Password on my Mac, to get into the credit card company's website, I click "website" (which, by the way, says "open"), and it goes right to the correct site. However when in Login items, those websites say "open and fill", and when I click them, it just goes to the same internet page that I was already on, and not the website of the login.

    I am not sure I follow the process you are describing, so can you please tell me if I understood your steps correctly? You are opening a website from inside a credit card item, and then you are trying to open that website again from a Login item, is that correct?
