families account keeps getting logged out in Chrome/Brave Browser extension on Mac

in 1Password in the Browser

I have a business login and a families login but I notice that every couple of days, my families account shows as locked in the 1PasswordX extension, but is still available in 1Passsword7 app

I can login again and then it is available in both extension and main app, but the families account will be locked again after a day or 2 even though the business account is fine

Am i missing something please??

    Hi @swooding! Welcome to the forum!

    I believe this is because the 1Password X browser extension behaves differently from the desktop app when it comes to unlocking: the desktop app will unlock every account with the Master Password of the first account, while 1Password X requires accounts to be unlocked separately. If both of the accounts used the same Master Password, 1Password X should unlock all of them like the desktop app.
