Hovering over fields - No copy context button

Since today, the copy or open and fill buttons which appear when you hover over username, password, web address or any field have gone.

I've looked through the settings but can't see anything obvious.

I have a short clip to demonstrate the behaviour if that would help but this form won't let me attach.
