Fixed - Wrong 2FA one-time-passwords generated on Windows 10 2004 in 1Password and 1PasswordX

Edit: somehow Windows had set the wrong timezone while still displaying the correct time? Anyway, it's now working...

Both 1Password desktop and 1PasswordX generate the wrong 2FA one-time-password results on a freshly installed machine. They do not work. In the Android app meanwhile, the correct passwords are generated.
