Hi @Little_Enderman! Welcome to the forum!
Please see this documentation page for all the ways you can retrieve the Secret Key:
Find your Secret Key or Setup Code
I am not sure what the issue with GitHub is, but since GitHub does not require a Secret Key to login (that's just for your 1Password account), I think the issues are separate.

Thank you for sharing the GitHub screenshot. It looks like you enabled 2FA for that account, so you will need to enter your 6-digit authentication code there. What authenticator app are you using to store your 2FA codes?

Have you tried the suggestions to retrieve your Secret Key?

You might be able to restore GitHub access via your verified email address:
(note: this is all about GitHub itself; no 1Password involvement)

My recovery codes are on 1password, I don't have a fallback number, my security key also on 1password. My verified device not working, SSH token is on my old device(but it broken), personal access token also on 1password, I never use Github account login another account. I can not find my 1password Secret Key, I save lots of password on 1password. So is there any way to find out my Secret Key?(no old device)(no Emergency Kit)

Without an authorized device, a copy of the Emergency Kit, or having otherwise recorded the Secret Key somewhere... I'm sorry to say but no, there is not. It would not be possible to access the data in 1Password without the Secret Key. The link Ana posted here outlines the various places in which the Secret Key might be located, but if none of those turn up anything then the only recourse would be to start fresh as outlined in this thread. I'm very sorry to not have a more encouraging answer. :(
