Can you save the 10 login backup codes in 1Password?

Hi there, just wondering if it is possible to save the 10 login backup codes in 1Password from gmail for example. Is it prudent to do so ? Or would a notebook be handy at this point.

Some people keep backup codes in the notes section of their login. I do so and use Markdown for a bit of formatting. https://support.1password.com/markdown/
