I have primary vaults on my macs but also family account vaults. What is the difference?

I want all my passwords available to all accounts. Is the primary vault on my mac just for that computer?

I have been noticing that not everything is syncing to my family account like i want.

    Correct; we generally recommend deleting it once you start using a 1Password membership like 1Password Families.

    I have been noticing that not everything is syncing to my family account like i want.

    Are the items that are not syncing in the Primary vault? If so, please move them (instructions) to the appropriate vault within 1Password Families, and then delete the Primary vault. From the menu bar, choose Vault > Switch to Vault > Primary, then choose Vault > Delete Vault.
