Hi, it is very unusual to hear the fan on my iMac, other than when I know I am asking it to work hard.

I have noticed the fan much more recently and I assumed it was the warmer weather but I've checked the Activity monitor over the last few days and have found 1Password at the top of the CPU and Energy tables.

Just wondering if there are any known issues.

    Hi @iwaddo!

    Can you please try quitting 1Password completely (right-click on 1Password mini in the menu bar at the top right of your screen > Quit 1Password Completely), and then relaunch 1Password? Do you still see the same usage in activity monitor?

    @ag_ana Hi, I did a complete quit and restart and I've not heard the fan since, I will let you know if it happens again.
