Export to Zero size

Every few month I'm saving 1P in another drive for backup.
It seems that Zero size file is there.
Is it normal ?

Hi @ronen!

I tried exporting a vault to 1pif on my machine, and it did not show Zero KB for me. Is the same thing happening if you try to export to CSV format, as a test?

There are several screen recording apps available, but I personally use Quicktime since it comes already installed on the Mac :) Here is the Apple documentation page, in case you need it.

It would be great if you could record the steps you are following from after unlocking the 1Password app, showing all the steps you are following to export your data, so we can see this happen "in real time". Once you have recorded the video, please share it via email at support+forum@agilebits.com so we don't post it on a public forum.

After you have sent the email, please feel free to post the ticket number you received so we can locate your message and connect it with this forum discussion.
