You can download the browser extensions from our downloads page here.

On your iPhone, there is no need for a separate browser extension. To fill your credentials on websites there, you can use password autofill:

I'm trying to install the Brave browser extension. When I follow the link above and click the Brave icon it takes me to the Chrome store.

That's correct: Brave uses Chrome extensions.
