How to I translate encrypted dates (Created Date, etc) into a conventional readable format?

From what I have been able to determine the dates used in 1Password (Created Date, Modified Date, etc) appear to be encrypted. How do I convert the date to a more meaningful format such as Y/M/D hhmmss?

Are you exporting your data and then viewing? Can you provide a little more detail?

Thank you for your prompt response. Yes, I am exporting a 1PW Vault to a .csv file and then parsing/editing the data in Excel. The Created & Changed Dates are encoded and need to be converted to a more readable format.
