Until a few days ago, I could use my fingerprint sensor when I wanted to unlock the 1Password on my browser (Chrome 84.0.4147.125). That does not seem to work any more. It always asks for a password. Can you please help me?

It appears you're using 1Password X based on the version information you provided, and had been using the beta "Desktop App Integration" feature. Unfortunately that feature did not pan out and was removed from the beta while we re-engineer it. You can read more about that here:

Temporarily removing Desktop App Integration — 1Password Forum

If you'd like a browser extension that integrates with our desktop apps (e.g. so you can unlock using Touch ID), you'll want to use the companion extension, which can be had here:

    Download the companion app extension

Please first uninstall 1Password X, as the two extensions are not designed to run side-by-side. I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

    Ben
