I have 1Password installed on my iMac and on my MacBook.
I can use 1Password just fine on my iMac, but my master password does not open 1Password on my MacBook.
How do I get in? I can't get past the login screen.

    Did you happen to move to one of our membership offerings? When this is described, it's often due to a Primary vault on the device, which is not part of your membership. That Primary vault can use a separate Master Password from your membership.

    Another possibility is you had a previous setup on this device. Maybe you even tried a membership at another time, and it is still looking for an earlier/past Master Password. Please let us know what you find, and we can help.
