Account suspended by Admin
Hi, I recently finished a summer internship where I used the 1Password account that my employer provided, and I'm returning to do part-time contracting work. My 1Password account (under a different email than the one on this Support Forum account) was suspended by my employer since my period of employment technically ended, but I need access to that account again to do contracting work. I have alerted my employer, but what further steps should I take to regain access?

Hi @choieura
Your employer will be able to unsuspend your account. If you do not remember your credentials, and do not have your Emergency Kit saved, they can also put your account through recovery:
Recover accounts for family or team members
