On sso.citizensbank.com/CitizensWebApplication/pppforgiveness/loginScreen trying to save a login from initial screen. Only one of the two fields is captured, and the iOS app will not allow saving without a password.
Are you using 1Password autofill to create a login on that webpage? I have just tried this website in Safari on iOS and the autofill extension above the keyboard does not appear for me, so I wonder if you are using a different method.
