YubiKey 5C NFC supported on iOS?

Just got my YubiKey 5C NFC (hot newness) and autheticating on iOS keeps failing even though it briefly pops up a "Success!" message (works once I use my authenticator code for 2fa).

I saw the support page where it calls out "requires YubiKey 5 NFC or YubiKey 5Ci" ( https://support.1password.com/security-key/ ). Is there a software update needed and/or coming that would allow the 5C NFC to work, or is it expected to be working now and something is up with my world?

Thanks!

  • Oh...ok...I was being an idiot and had disabled the FIDO2 support over NFC (in playing around) and once I put that back, it's working fine. facepalm
