Account frozen
To whom it may concern
I purchase 1password in 2015, recently I just realized that my account is showing frozen after you updated to 1password 7 and ask me to pay. Why I have to pay again after the purchase?
I sent emails to support@1password.com, but the robot reply does not solve the problem at all!
