Hello, my business account is acting weird

Good morning - I'm hoping this is an easy fix and I'm just missing something. I've had this business account for about 2 years and am just now ready to use it. So far, I am finding that

  • I have an empty sidebar, so I cannot see any information that I am expecting to see
  • I cannot delete any log-ins that I'd like to get rid of
  • The app version in my browser -- Firefox -- is empty

What am I missing? Thanks!

Oh, almost forgot ... Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing
