Change Email Address Failure In Support Website Profile


I logged in today for the first time in some while, and I needed to change my password.
That was accomplished without a problem, so I decided I’d change my email address as well.
Unfortunately my profile page will not allow me to change it.

“You are attempting to perform a potentially sensitive operation. Please enter your password to continue.”

It asked me for my password, and when I provide it I’m returned to the above error message.

I can’t seem to find a place to report technical issues with the website, so I had to resort to posting on the forum. If there is the more suitable place to report these issues please let me know.

    Hi @ccstone!

    We are aware with some issues in the forum software when using the email change feature. In the meantime, it looks like changing email works if we do it directly though. Would you like us to update it for you?
