Starting fresh

    Pls help. just downloaded app. It asks for a master password but I never entered one. App won’t close and cannot be deleted as it is apparently open

    It sounds like there is existing 1Password data on your computer, perhaps from a previous trial. You can delete that and start fresh by selecting Help > Troubleshooting > Reset All 1Password Data from 1Password's menu bar. That will give you a clean slate.
