Switched accounts from personal to team and can't login to 1Passoword 7 OS app
Hi there,
More than a year ago I tried out 1Password for personal use. It didn't work out and so I stopped using it. Then through work we set up a team account for which I use a different email than my original account, I have the team account set up on browser and mobile (ios) but when I try to access the OS desktop app it prompts me for my password for my old original account which I do not remember or have access to and I can't seem to figure out how I am able to swtich to my new account to login. Is it possible to switch the account I want to log into on the OS app without having to log into the original account first? I don't think I have access to any of the info from my original account and thought I had cancelled it.

It sounds like you need to reset your 1Password for Mac app to remove your old account credentials:

After doing this, you will be able to add your new 1Password credentials to the 1Password app :+1:
