can't create a new group

Hello,

It seems that I can't create a new group inside 1Password team

Following this guide: https://support.1password.com/groups/
it seems that I don't have the button to add group.

PS: I'm the owner & administrator of the 1password team account.

OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided
