Working at 1Password: Work from (almost) anywhere or US/Canada only?

On the Jobs & careers page I see that employees can "work from (almost) anywhere".

However, if I look at the open jobs they are all US/Canada only?

Is this a temporary thing or did something change recently?

    We are primarily hiring in the US & Canada at the moment, however I wouldn't let that stop you from applying if you see something you think you'd be a great fit for. :)
