How are passwords recorded and stored?

I am a web master and serve dozens of websites. this and many more like that. When there are many websites and in terms of security, creating a different password for each of them is obviously very tiring for my brain. Internet browsers also save passwords, but I don't use them because I don't find them secure. What exactly does do?

Hi @Leonardo21! Welcome to the forum!

1Password generates strong random passwords and remembers them for you, so you don't have to do it yourself :) You only have to remember your Master Password to unlock your app, and 1Password will take care of the rest.

Please take a look at this documentation page for an introduction with some more details:

    Get started with 1Password

And let us know if you have any questions!

  • Okey. Thank you ag_ana :)

On behalf of Ana, you're most welcome @Leonardo21 .

In addition to what Ana wrote, I'd like to add that 1Password's security is much more robust than browsers' built-in password managers, so that is a big plus if you (rightfully) care about security :)
