Starting from scratch with 2 iPhones, 1 iPad all syncing thru dropbox on win10

Hi there,
I lost my master password. Having memory issues. I had a real good one and really don’t recall changing it but perhaps a version upgrade initiated a password change and i forgot. Who knows! But I still have access to a local iPhone copy with fingerprint. I have gone through and taken a photo of each of 89 entries with the second iPhone. I want to delete the vault (lost master password) on all 3 devices plus my copy in Dropbox. (Once i know this I can find and delete old backups of the drop box file in my windows backups. I then wish to start over with 1Password and create a new primary vault with a new master password. Then i can painstakingly re-enter all entries from photos. Yikes!

Given that information, perhaps there is a giving soul on this forum that can provide a step by step walkthrough summary to achieve the above task?
