Can I enforce strong 1Password passwords on other family members

I am looking at opening a family account and am curious if I can somehow ensure that other family members are using strong passwords for their 1Password accounts. Since I will be giving them access to some passwords I would like to ensure that their 1Password accounts use strong passwords.

    Hi folks,

    At present accounts within 1Password Families memberships require a 10+ character password. There are no other (technical) restrictions that can be applied beyond that. That said you can of course encourage your family to pick strong Master Passwords through non-technical means:
