I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please let me know:

1. If you sign in using our web app at https://start.1password.com/ do you see your data there?
2. Do you still have access to your old computer, and if so, can you access your data there?

My suspicion is that your data was not migrated to your account. If that is the case, you wouldn't be able to see it using the web app. You can find the instructions to follow for migrating (on your old computer), here:
