I cannot log into my account since I started subscribing. I have a master password and secret key that shows up on my screen but when I try to log in, it says it's wrong. I was a member since before the monthly subscription when I backed up everything to iCloud. I still have everything backed up to iCloud and never could use my subscription features. I have had several attempts to assist me via email that have been entirely unsatisfactory. So now I want to cancel and I cannot because I cannot log into my account on your website. I need help canceling my account.
